Basswood Blinds
- Should the blind be damaged due to incorrect handling, the repairs will not be covered by the guarantee. Aspects which can affect the blind could be: windows being left open, too close to the sea, no regular cleaning, wet or damp areas around the building, etc.
Double Roller

- Please ensure all blinds installed without the assistance of Comrez Technicians are installed level.
Aluminium Blinds
- Not recommended for costal areas due to the high humidity levels are pure aluminium, silver, gold or exotic colours.
- Should Comrez not be responsible for installation, and damaged due to incorrect installation or improper handling of the blinds by the client following the completion of the sale will not be replaced.
- Longevity of Aluminium Blinds may be affected in costal areas by windows being left open, close contact with sea air, wet or damp surroundings and failure to clean the aluminium slats regularly.
Double Roller Blinds
- Fabric for these blinds comes in bolts that are around 2.0m wide. Any blind that is ordered that is wider than 2 meters will need to have the fabric on the sides turned which may predispose the fabric to turning. This natural effect is at the client’s own risk and Comrez will accept no liability thereof.
- Please ensure for reveal or face fix rollers, sizes given for self-installation will be taken as a pin to pin size unless otherwise stated or requested by Comrez.
Vertical Blinds
- Care must be taken with all Vertical Blinds to protect the vanes from wind damage.
- Vertical Blinds ordered in darker colours may be prone to fading depending on the quality of fabric ordered.
